Ministry Formation
The Diocesan Lay Ministry Formation Program prepares laypersons to assume and sustain positions of leadership in parishes and other Church-related institutions. It challenges participants to personal growth, spiritual maturity, intellectual integrity, ministerial competency, and ecclesial responsibility.
By affirming the baptismal call of recognized lay leaders and developing the gifts with an emphasis on collaboration, the Lay Ministry Formation Program enriches the life of the Church within the Diocese of Columbus as it seeks to be faithful to its mission of service to its own members and to the larger community. |
