Stewardship is truly a way of life that heals, directs, and transforms. As good and faithful stewards, we are in tune with God’s creation, His expectations, and His challenge for us to use our time, our talents, and our treasured resources wisely, in order to bear great fruit. Stewardship challenges us to keep God and our Faith at the forefront of everything we do.  It is a way of life. Jesus Christ lived a life of stewardship. He prayed, He lived simply and humbly, He had a clear message of repentance, He used His time, talent, and treasure as well as anyone ever could, He loved and cared for creation, and He did the same for His friends.

In His Gospel, Jesus challenges us to be good and faithful stewards of all the gifts He has entrusted to us. Our mission as Catholics helps and guides us to live and share our time, talent, and treasure in very practical ways. Our baptism calls each of us to Holiness, and as a stewardship community and Church, we answer that call. Let us pray for the inspiration and grace to go forth, and to be sent into the world with hearts full of love, zeal, and stewardship!
