Parent/Family Network
The Parent/Family Network provides informational meetings for parents and family members of children with, or at-risk for, various types of physical or learning disabilities. During the sessions, participants have the opportunity to pray, share experiences, give advice, and learn about resources and programs designed to address the needs of children with special needs. Navigating the System for Children with Special Needs
Thursday, March 19, 2009, 7 p.m.
St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 434 Norton Road, Columbus
Parents of children with special needs often feel overewhelmed navigating the system of resources and programs available to assist their children. Join us for a discussion which will offer suggestions and highlight resources available in Catholic schools and the community. There will be time to ask questions. The presentation panel will consist of parents, educators, and professionals.
